Loxbridge High-Tech Forum proudly invites submissions of research and development papers, short papers, summaries, abstracts, case studies, and applications for the forthcoming event which is part of the Loxbridge High-Tech Forum conference and forum series.
This event aims to provide an excellent platform for researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to share and exchange innovative ideas, original research, and good practice, while fostering international collaboration and academic and R&D partnerships.
We welcome multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary contributions that advance the theory, practice, teaching and learning of information, IT, AI and their applications in various areas and sectors. Submissions may address, but are not limited to, the following Streams/Tracks:

All accepted full papers and short papers may be published in conference proceedings or reputable eBook and proceedings series (with ISBNs and DOIs where applicable), while accepted abstracts and short summaries may appear in relevant series with ISBNs (and DOI if applicable).
Submission Guidelines
Please note: listeners do not need to prepare or submit papers or abstracts. A listener is not required to submit or publish anything unless she or he wishes to do so.
1. Overview
Loxbridge High-Tech Forum encourages interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration and welcomes theoretical, empirical, and applied research, and development and applications.
2. Submission Categories
- Full Papers (6–12 pages): Complete research studies, models, development, or applications.
- Short Papers (3–5 pages): Emerging research, development in progress, frameworks, or preliminary findings.
- Abstracts / Short Summaries (300–1000 words): Conceptual work, proposals, posters, work in progress, or a summary of completed work.
3. Review and Publication Process
- Submissions will be reviewed carefully by committee members and experts.
- Publication routes may depend on review outcome and series requirements.
- Accepted works may be indexed and archived in relevant repositories where applicable.
4. Reference style and format
For Loxbridge eBook and proceedings series, the Harvard referencing style should be followed. For certain external proceedings, specific templates and referencing styles may apply.
5. Submission Process
Upload submissions via the Loxbridge High-Tech Forum submission portal. Where possible, include the event ID (for example: IFIMITAI280226) and stream or track.
6. Ethics and Originality
Authors must ensure submissions are free from plagiarism and properly referenced. The use of AI tools should be acknowledged appropriately where relevant.
7. Key Dates
For forums, the relevant submission, acceptance notification, and the deadline for final papers or abstracts are one week before the date of each event.
