Loxbridge High-Tech Forum and 3i (information & innovation & inspiration) is the umbrella for forward-thinking ideas, research, development, innovative R&D, and consultancy in high-technology businesses, industries, public administration, civilisation and education.
Our mission is to link, connect, and support global innovators, researchers, practitioners, industry leaders, users and learners through world-class and international forums and conferences that help advance frontiers, development, applications, and uses of high technology, such as information technology (IT), artificial intelligence (AI), and more. We provide smart, intelligent, and AI-enhanced Website and Platform for idea-sharing, knowledge and skill exchange, collaboration and discovery, and empowering participants to shape the future of science, business, industries, society, and international communities.
The Loxbridge High-Tech Forum fosters and supports participants, experts and enthusiasts to discuss and publish findings, practical experiences, and emerging trends. All the accepted abstracts, essays, discussion notes, papers and articles will be published in our book series and conference proceedings with ISBN numbers and DOIs. It is worthy of note that listeners do not need to submit or publish anthing.

Dr Li is the 77th-generation descendant of Lord Li Jiuai (Nine Love, 李九爱, also known as Everlasting Love 久爱) of the Tang Dynasty (唐朝). He carries a legacy of universal love (博爱) and civilisation (文明) spanning about 1400 years.
